Terms of Service

1. The deal
Magpie (operated by Novaire Digital) gives you tools to save things you want, share lists, and find gifts. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Magpie — no hard feelings.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16, give us accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.
3. Your content
Everything you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, display and process it — solely to run the product for you (including sharing lists you choose to share, and sending concierge requests to our AI provider). Don't use Magpieto store anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights; we can remove such content and close accounts that abuse the service.
4. Buying things
Magpie links to third-party stores and may earn a commission on purchases (at no extra cost to you). The stores are not us: prices, availability, shipping and returns are between you and them. Concierge ideas are suggestions, not guarantees — check details before you buy.
5. Magpie Plus
Plus is billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel in Settings. Cancel any time; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. If we ever discontinue Plus, we'll refund the unused part.
6. Fair play
Don't scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service; don't use automation to hammer the capture or concierge features. We may set reasonable rate limits to keep Magpie fast for everyone.
7. The honest legal bit
Magpieis provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise perfection — prices change, stores block robots, reminders depend on what you entered. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Ending things
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice unless the breach is serious.
